Shaping Change as it Develops (Brisbane, AU)
HR and Change disciplines achieving outcomes through collaboration and strategic partnerships.
Businesses are experiencing change at unprecedented rates, with new systems, structures, schemes and directions constantly being rolled out to increasingly time-poor audiences. The role that Human Resource Specialists, Organisational Development Professionals and Change Managers play as strategic partners can be unclear.
Are you positioned to shape the change as it develops, to support employees through change and influence leaders to successfully lead and drive change? And how can all these disciplines work together effectively?
Join us with our panel of experts representing QSuper, AHRI and the Change Management Institute as we unpack our toolkits to share the best of each discipline and look at how shared resources and approaches can benefit us as practitioners and our clients and colleagues. It promises to be a fantastic evening of conversation, made possible by the generous support of our sponsor, QSuper.

A key strength is in developing an organisation’s unique people strategy to achieve its purpose and business goals, and translating this into pragmatic people initiatives and services, leading implementation and change management, to enable the organisation’s people to be the best they can be in delivering services to their clients.
