Smart Teams (London Webinar)

6:00pm Tuesday, 13 April 2021
7:00pm Tuesday, 13 April 2021

Event time is 1pm EDT and 6pm BST

COVID-19 is probably the best thing to have happened to leadership and management in 200 years. It is forcing leaders to adapt to 21st century practices, and it is forcing leaders to raise their game by being more purposeful and deliberate in their leadership practice.

In this session, Jo Owen will share his original research from around the world to discover the best practices leaders are adopting as a result of the pandemic. He will discuss the leadership approach, teamwork and collaboration as a result of remote working and hybrid teams. Smart Work will be published by Bloomsbury later this year.

The session will be interactive and give you a chance to share your perspective and questions on the greatest upheaval to management we have seen for generations.
