About our Speaker
Tony C. Daloisio trained at the Ph.D. level as an organizational psychologist, Tony is a founding partner/President and CEO of the Charter Oak Consulting Group. Charter Oak was named one of Inc. magazine fastest growing 500 firms. Tony’s practice includes, strategy execution, C-suite executive team coaching, customized executive education programs and consulting projects related to large scale organization transformations, and culture change. He is currently, professor of leadership and organizational behavior at the Scheller College of Business, at Georgia Tech.
Tony’s professional experience includes; senior consultant, McKinsey & Co., as he was retained for 3 years to stand up McKinsey’s change management practice. senior vice President Human Resources, Mass Mutual, Duke University Business School and the University of North Carolina, Keenan-Flagler Business School Executive Education Faculty, The American Management Association Master in Management Program and Presidents Association, senior faculty member, Program Lead for the Center of Creative Leadership’s flagship LDP program, and Director of The Yale University’s Foster School for Emotionally Disturbed children. Tony partnered with Stephen Covey, and The Franklin Covey organization, as he led the organization consulting and change practice.
Tony holds a Ph.D. and B.A. in Psychology and Education from the University of Connecticut, where he was awarded a University Fellowship for research in the area of leadership style, a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Fairfield University and an M.S. in Administration from the University of Connecticut.
He lives in rural Washington Depot, Ct. and Atlanta Ga. with his wife Teresa Hargrave. He enjoys hiking, biking, and golf. He is the author of several books, including the Character of Commitment, the Ride of your Life, and Golf-Mind.
He is the co- author, with Kendall Lyman of , “Change the Way You Change”, arriving at Barnes & Noble and other leading bookstores around the world in June of 2017.

As the building and parking deck are secured after hours, the easiest place to park is at street level. Parking is available behind the building or near Davio's restaurant in the adjoining mall building (walk across the parking lot to Phipps Tower).
