About our Speakers
Grant is an award-winning trainer, coach and career development expert. He brings over 10 years experience working with a wide range of leaders, managers and entrepreneurs. He is all about helping people find what it is that “sparks” them at work, so they can be the best at what they do.
Able to draw on over 15 years leadership, marketing and career development experience, Grant founded the leadership and career development consultancy ‘Sparked’.
A professional member of the Career Development Association of New Zealand (CDANZ), he recently was awarded the Otago Polytechnic Distinguished Alumni Award for work in Career Development.
Rose Guise manages the Business Transformation and Programme Delivery team for Robert Walters, Wellington. Since joining the business in 2014 Rose has built a loyal community of clients and candidates who rely on her to provide them with honest, quality service and advice. She specialises in contract recruitment largely in the Government sector.
