Telling the Change Story Using Change Analytics (Members webinar event)

2:00pm Thursday, 22 October 2020
3:00pm Thursday, 22 October 2020

You’ve created a robust change plan.  Now you need to convince the hard-bitten organizational leader not only that your approach is the right one but also that you can provide the insights into the change initiative to increase the chance for success.

In this session hosted by the Canada chapter we’ll work backwards from a convincing presentation that employs data visualization about the change to determining the metrics needed to create those visualizations.

We will explore metrics that show the progress of the change and metrics that demonstrate the value of the change so that a change ROI can be calculated.

Competencies this event relates to are - Impact Assessment, Thinking and Judgment and Influencing Others.
