Trust in Change: Webinar Event (Australia)

6:15pm Wednesday, 17 October 2018
7:45pm Wednesday, 17 October 2018

Organisational trust directly influences how willingly employees will accept a change initiative, commit to a new strategic direction and exchange ideas, discuss difficult issues and find ways to create synergy.

But if people don’t trust, they close down and won’t contribute in meetings, co-operate or try anything new for fear of retribution.

To get people on board with change, requires building trust first.

Join Marie-Claire Ross of Trustologie to discover how trust issues show up and what can be done to create a high performance, safe environment. You will also learn more about:

  • Building a business case for trust.
  • Five trust decelerators that sabotage a leader’s ability to build trust within and across teams.
  • Six essential building blocks of trust.
  • How to gauge low trust indicators that are sabotaging your organisation and teams.

Why humans are wired to seek trust from leaders and their work place.

What you should expect:

  • Identifying trust issues
  • Creating a high performance, safe environment
  • Building a business case for trust
  • Trust decelerators
  • Building blocks of trust
  • And much more!
