Brighton Business School will provide their perspective based on two different case studies.

There will be an opportunity to network and meet with other change professionals, share experiences and find out what is going on around the Region.

Steve Reeve, Director of Postgraduate Studies and Leader, Commercial and Academic Change and Innovation programmes, from the University of Brighton Business School will present the following session:

Two differing empirical perspectives on the nature of transformation and leadership.

Steve will refer to two specific cases of transformation within the public sector, where he and his organisation were granted privileged access to the inner workings of two distinctly different modes of leadership within largely successful change processes.

This workshop is aimed at people who are interested and / or involved in transformational change.

There is free parking outside the building from 6pm. The Quadrant is a 5-minute walk from Milton Keynes Railway Station. The doors will open at 6pm for Networking, the presentation starts promptly at 6.30pm
