The Value of Measuring Benefits (Wellington event)
Following on from our March workshop, “How do you show value”, which focused on what we assess and measure throughout the change cycle, join the Wellington Chapter for a face to face, practical conversation on the important and hot topic of benefits and change.
Our speakers Christy Law from Stats NZ and Karinna McDonald from Tregaskis Brown will bring a practical change lens to how benefits have been shaped in their respective environments through to the ongoing measurement of these and ultimate realisation.
We will look to answer the critical questions around the linkage of change and benefits, what is measured and how, the important role that change practitioners have to play, and practical tips, tricks, and lessons learned along the way.
