Join the Tasmania chapter and our guest speaker, Erin Buttermore from Strategy & Culture who will share her latest research findings on the Imposter Phenomenon.

This event offers a unique opportunity for attendees to gain a deeper understanding of the Imposter Phenomenon when managing self and leading others within the broader context of systemic challenges, including our own psychological capital and perceived organisational support.

Such insights are invaluable for all of us, especially in times of change and ambiguity and are committed to supporting others who might be encountering feelings associated with Imposter syndrome.

We invite you to join us in-person in Hobart for what promises to be an enlightening and transformative experience, providing essential perspectives for anyone in change management and leadership roles.

How can Leaders ‘Be’ & Shape Change Success?
What are the different types of mindsets that affect how we lead and participate in change and transformation?
Is it possible to measure and improve our mindsets to become more effective change leaders?

These are some of the questions that Richard Clarke explored in his dissertation. He collaborated with Kathy Coleman to create a mindset questionnaire that assessed the Growth, Outward, Promotion, and other mindsets of change leaders.

Richard is a Masters Student in Business Psychology at the University of East London and Kathy is a Women’s Leadership Coach

In this event, Richard and Kathy will share recent research in change leadership and mindset and explore some possible implications of their research that could help change leaders enhance their performance and outcomes. There will be an opportunity to answer any questions from the audience.

This event is for members who are interested in learning more about mindset and change leadership, especially those who are working in roles and/or organisations undergoing change.
