Michelle is an Organizational Psychologist with more than 15 years’ experience in human resources, organisational development, coaching and change management. She brings strong business acumen, extensive functional and leadership experience in different cultural settings, at grass roots and at a strategic level. She specializes in establishing and realigning company structures, managing business’s investment in employees and the development of policies and practices with the aim of improving overall business efficiencies. Michelle has managed the HR, OD and CM functions in start-ups and in global organization’s and her implementation experience spans across Africa (17 African countries), South Eastern Europe (Kosovo), Western Europe (UK), Central Asia (Tajikistan), Middle East (Iraq) and the UAE (Dubai).
In addition to her Organisational Psychology qualification Michelle’s holds an MBA, and MA Psychology and is a qualified Prosci practitioner, Global Remuneration specialist and Future Leaders coach. Michelle has a keen interest in digital transformation and uses microlearning as an approach to ensuring behavior change at an individual level. Her personal mission is to install 100% humanity in the workplace and inspire people to be their personal best and authentic self.
