Kathryn's change expertise has been built over the last 7+ years through rolling out collaboration platforms and leading adoption strategies globally for large enterprises and the public sector with a speciality in End User Computing and Mobility solutions.
Kathryn's background in information technology in roles which encompassed solution design and development, senior business analyst, solution architecture, project management and change management is a progression from over eight years in dedicated marketing and communication roles. Kathryn is able to apply design-thinking frameworks and principles to solve problems while exploring innovation and emerging technologies. Having achieved the PROSCI Certified Practitioner qualification, Kathryn is pursing the PROSCI Advanced Instructor certification and is partnering with organisations to enable high performing change leadership teams.Understanding and meeting the needs of a diverse target audience at the intersection of technology and content in the digital world is Kathryn’s passion.
