We are a cutting-edge group of change management professionals leading and supporting local practitioners. Our focus is to elevate our industry practices and ensure that all visitors and members are inspired to take their skills to the next level. It’s our desire to inspire excellence and ensure that you have the means to reach your career goals. So regardless of whether you are after new thinking, a mentor, or looking to have your practices independently assessed and endorsed, we are here to help you.

Our members are professionals from government agencies, corporations, not-for-profit groups and professional consultancies. Members may be at different stages of their professional careers, so we mutually support one another to meet common goals.

Chapter leadership

Lyam Crosdale, Chapter Co-Lead

Lyam is a talented organizational change and project management specialist with a reputation for successful delivery within complex programs.  He is a passionate advocate for the importance of the people side of change.

Lyam is also a Change Management Institute Accredited Specialist who combines his knowledge of change management with a solid background in Prince2, AgilePM and Lean SixSigma.

Nathan Garden, Chapter Co-Lead

Nathan is an accomplished and perceptive business and organizational transformation leader with a unique skill set combining organizational psychology with people change management expertise.

He has successfully advised and partnered with C-suite and senior executives to drive large-scale organizational and culture transformations to enhance the employee and customer experience, increase operational effectiveness, and achieve financial efficiency.
