CMIs competencies align to those expected of exceptional change managers

UK Recruiting firm Kite has recently partnered with CMI to investigate what attributes set exceptional change managers apart from great change managers. 

The findings are interesting and perhaps suggests that there is a further role differentiator now in the market. Findings suggest that Strategic Change advisors or facilitators go way beyond the traditional change competencies to challenge thinking and support leaders in proactively driving change through their business.
