The Change Learning Circle

The Change Learning Circle is a member only series centred on current thinking about critical topics in Change Management.   

This quarterly series features a panel of experienced change practitioners discussing a specific topic. The panel read a range of published material on a given topic and come together for a facilitated discussion on their insights.

The recordings are shared with members, along with details of the readings and some questions to stimulate learning and application of concepts.

In this episode, Eleni chats to ACM Master David Derwin. David is a co-founder of the Illume Group which specialises in Program Delivery, Business Agility and Organisational Change advisory services.

David's background has included working on mega projects (billion-dollar gas projects), enterprise government initiatives, not for profit, disability sector, running RTO’s and a bit of professional sports thrown in as well. Within these environments he designed and delivered a range of organisational and culture change, business improvement, and business transformation initiatives.
