The Change Management Institute Queensland chapter aims to inspire excellence and ensure you have the means to reach your career goals. Whether you are after new thinking, a mentor, or looking to have your practices independently assessed and endorsed – we are here to help you.

You’ll find us a welcoming and friendly group of change management professionals who are at different stages of their careers and can offer support with your aspirations or needs.

Our members are from government agencies, corporations, not-for-profit groups and consultancies. You can build your networks and engage with us at events. Also, keep ahead with the latest research and white papers available exclusively to members. There are plenty of learning and development opportunities available!

About us

The Queensland chapter provides a great range of events throughout the year. Events are developed with our members in mind and range from our very successful “Coffee Conversations” where this “members only” event encourages informal and friendly conversation with other change professionals on applying theory to the practice of change management to our regular networking and corporate events hosted by our members.

Chapter leadership

Lesleigh Ross - Chapter Lead

Over the last decade Lesleigh Ross has been leading project and change teams in complex delivery environments and transformation projects across public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Leigh is highly skilled in industry best practice methodologies and frameworks which is demonstrated through her ability to deliver quality business outcomes across ‘green fields’ and recovery projects and programmes. As a ‘digital native’ Leigh believes delivering innovation in business is only possible through collaborative project design where the business and technical teams work hand in hand. A geek in her own right Leigh is able to “degeek the geek” and facilitate effective engagement through all stages of project delivery.
