The Change Management Institute is delighted to host this conversation on how we as individuals, organisations and societies speak up, lead with empathy, and continuously contribute to a more positive way forward.
This is not a political discussion, but rather a civil, human rights and social justice discussion by caring individuals.
Following the panel discussion, we will open the floor for an informal dialogue between attendees and representatives from all three organisations.
About our panel
Benjamin Manu is a Board Member of the Association of Change Management Professionals. He is an experienced executive leading the delivery of the central business idea, strategy, and operations of international organizations in both private and public sectors.
Ben consults for the African Development Bank Group and has worked in the past for UNDP, Cadbury, Invest in Africa, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and British Council.
Kiersten Rippeteau is a Board Member of the Organization Design Forum. Kiersten is a Business Consultant in Palmer’s Organizational Strategy Group (OSG). Palmer serves the construction industry in IT Strategy, Financial & Risk Management, and Organizational Strategy.
Kiersten is most passionate about helping organizations achieve health, effectiveness, and happiness by designing around their purpose and mission.
Jane Judd is the Global President of the Change Management Institute. Jane is passionate about change and a recognised leader in this field. Jane facilitates strategic and transformational change with a range of corporates and public sector organisations across Australasia.
Jane has extensive experience in human centred design and cultural transformation, change leadership development and executive coaching all contributing to the creation of change agile organisations.
