Abimbola Oyekoya
Abimbola is an experienced change practitioner and committed lifelong learner. She is a significant contributor to our change community and brings insight and real life examples on how we can always learn from our actions and improve our practice.  Abimbola has a particular interest in benefits realisation, and the role of change professionals in aligning people to the business outcomes required through commitment and buy-in.  Abimbola leads our South West Chapter in the UK and is a valued member of our Embracing Diversity Working Group. 

Caroline Perkins
Caroline is an internationally recognized leader in organisational change. She sits on a number of advisory boards and is a mentor to senior executives around the globe. Caroline is a published author and an established public speaker on the subject of Change Agility.

With over 30 years experience of successful strategic change initiatives, Caroline works with government, blue chip and not-for-profit companies both locally and internationally to help them achieve successful and sustainable outcomes. Caroline is one of the Founders and ex-President of the Change Management Institute. She is based in Sydney, Austrlia and is currently leading a large scale transformation.

Gail Severini 
Gail is an experienced executive and change leader with a track record for delivering complex portfolios including new business models, operational restructuring, innovative technologies as well as culture shifts. She has specialist expertise in Strategy Execution, Organizational Change Agility, Organizational Change Management and Portfolio Management.

Gail has worked with Conner Partners and more recently became a certified facilitator for "The Agile Advantage" (Leader, Team and Organization Workshops based on "The Agile Model" ®). Gail is a thought leader in the field of change, she is insightful, reflective and incredibly generous in sharing ideas with others. Gail lives and works in Toronto, Canada.

Lydia Harris
A Change Management Institute Accredited Change Master, Lydia has been consulting in Change Management for over 16 years across NZ and Australia, in a variety of sectors. Her experience includes portfolio management, transformation, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and culture and behaviour initiatives. The past few years she has been helping organisations build change management maturity through reinvention of their change strategy, with a focus on building leadership capability and frameworks. 

Lydia is an assessor for The Treasury New Zealand ICR (Investor Confidence Rating) and assesses the organisational change management maturity of investment-intensive agencies. When it comes to change, she certainly digs, 'the why'. Everything she does is done with a dash of humour, a smidgen of random and a bucketful of purpose.
