Whilst we all understand the need to continually invest in our professional development, it can be hard to know which organisation or course will best meet a candidate's exact needs. CMI Endorsed Courses have undergone a rigorous assessment process to make sure that they are a reliable provider of good quality change management education.
CMI members who apply for Foundation level accreditation will also receive a discount on their application fee if they have successfully completed a CMI Endorsed Course.

APMG International is a leading Examination Institute which accredits training and consulting organizations, and manages Change Management certification schemes for professionals. Our accredited training and consulting organizations have undergone a meticulous assessment process. Prosci Change Management Certification Program
Gain certification in the best practice Prosci Change Management methodology. This intensive three-day certification program equips you to apply Prosci’s Change Management methodology and tools to manage the people in change management to drive successful outcomes. Participants apply the methodology and tools to a current change, and create a draft Change Management Plan for feedback and coaching. Individual attention is assured as every program is resourced with a Prosci Certified Instructor and an experienced Change Manager who provides coaching on how to apply the methodology and tools. Australian Graduate School of Management - Graduate Certificate in Change Management
The program provides the theoretical foundation for understanding organisational change and the practical skills to facilitate the development and implementation of change successfully. Study is undertaken entirely online, using AGSM’s eLearning technology and can be completed in one year or up to four years.
