The Global Virtual Mentoring program supports the building of relationships between experienced change management professionals and members who are seeking opportunities for career and professional development. By facilitating mutually beneficial mentoring relationships, the program enables members to share advice, knowledge and experiences.
All our mentors are highly experienced change professionals, some are also Accredited Change Managers (ACMs) who have demonstrated their specialist change management capabilities against the Change Management Institute’s Change Manager Competency Model.
Current global participants hail from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, the UK.

Become a Mentor
If you’re an inspirational change professional with a desire to grow and support others, we would love you to join our group of volunteer mentors. There are lots of Change Management Institute Members who would welcome the opportunity to benefit from your wisdom, knowledge and experience. Our mentors find the mentoring relationship is also a very beneficial experience for themselves.
Become a Mentee
If you’re relatively new to the change management profession or have just moved into a more senior role and would appreciate some advice from an experienced change professional, then mentoring is for you. We will match you with a mentor who can help you feel supported and challenged at the same time.
The key criteria for joining as a mentee is very simple: you must be committed to taking full advantage of this fabulous opportunity to connect with a fellow Change Management Institute Member.
